Green Collar Training for Veterans Workgroup introduced 03/09/10 Supported by the Defense Supply Center Richmond and launched in 2009, the Green Collar Training for Veterans (GCTV) is a program to develop a strategy for establishing a "Green Collar" pilot initiative to assist military veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan in transitioning into key environmental and sustainable support jobs throughout Virginia.
